Approach
I start from real problems and treat AI as a strategic question rather than a mere efficiency pilot. The aim is differentiation and learning, using AI to explore and innovate, as opposed to doing the same things a little faster or cheaper. We work problem-first, with design thinking, rapid prototyping and systematic experiments to test hypotheses and make demonstrable progress. Customers and stakeholders are involved throughout, because that is where validation and traction will come from.
